The member's Mail Order Prescription Drug Benefit is designed to assist you in maximizing your savings on prescription drugs that are ordered in 30-90 day supplies. Typically, the program provides the highest level of benefit for those members that require long-term or expensive medication. The Pharmacy benefit can be used for any prescription at any time. This benefit is not designed for prescriptions you need immediately.
Call toll-free with pricing and substitute questions; or simply mail the patient profile form, along with a valid doctor's written prescription and check or credit card information for Clarity RX.
In most instances, you will save substantially when comparing pricing with real pharmacies.
